- 天然气站场放空系统是保证油气田天然气处理厂及输气站场安全运行的重要设施,其设置的合理性、规范性,以及瞬时放空流量和放空时间计算的准确性对站场本质安全至关重要。通过对现行与油气田天然气处理厂及输气站场放空系统相关的设计规范和历史修订情况的梳理,并结合放空系统的设计经验,提出在油气田天然气处理厂及输气站场新建和改扩建工程中进行放空系统设计时应遵守的规范要求和进行放空过程计算时的注意事项,为提升天然气处理厂工程设计质量、消除安全隐患提供参考。
The natural gas venting system is an important facility to ensure the safe operation of natural gas processing plants in oil and gas fields and gas transmission stations. The rationality of the design settings and compliance to rules and regulations and the calculation accuracy of instantaneous blow-down rate and venting duration are critical to the intrinsic safety of the gas station. In this paper, through a review on the current design codes and historical revisions related to the venting system of oil and gas fields’ natural gas processing plants and gas transmission stations and the design experience of venting systems; the author proposes the specifications and considerations for venting process calculations to be observed in the design of venting systems for new and retrofit projects of natural gas processing plants and gas transmission stations. This proposed design process provides a reference for upgrading the engineering design quality of the natural gas processing plant and eliminating potential safety hazards.
