- 目前中国LNG接收站工程广泛采用往复式压缩机作为BOG压缩机。随着接收站规模的日益增大,多台大型往复式压缩机并联成为必然选择,由此也在占地、维护、调节等各方面带来越来越多的问题。整体齿轮式压缩机又称多轴离心压缩机,通过大小齿轮的传动配合使得叶轮在高速下运转,机组占地小、效率高、进气量大、做功能力强。结合LNG接收站工艺流程及BOG压缩机使用要求,对整体齿轮式压缩机的结构和原理进行介绍,从选型、流量、排出压力、负荷调节、温度及使用等各方面,对其作为BOG压缩机的适用性进行分析,并与广泛使用的往复式压缩机进行比较。结果表明:整体齿轮式压缩机可以满足LNG接收站中BOG压缩机的操作需求,调节性能也比较好;整体齿轮式压缩机比往复式压缩机在占地、维护和性能方面更具优势,在规模比较大的接收站具有较好的适用性。
At present, in the domestic LNG receiving terminal engineering projects, the reciprocating compressor is widely used as the BOG( Boiled Off Gas ) compressor. With the terminal capacity increasing, it becomes an inevitable choice that multiple large-scale reciprocating compressors have to operate in parallel. This gives rise to problems in the big plot size, maintenance and synchronising multiple compressors. Integral gear centrifugal compressor, also known as multi-axis centrifugal compressor, makes the impeller run at a high speed through the transmission coordination of the gears. The compressor unit has the advantages of high efficiency, high power, small plot size and high throughput. Based on the process of LNG terminal and the requirements of BOG compressor, this paper introduces the design and working principle of the integral gear compressor, and analyzes the applicability as a BOG compressor form the perspectives of model selection, gas volume, discharge pressure, load adjustment, temperature and operating characteristics; and also compares the integral gear compressor with the reciprocating compressors. The results show that integral gear compressor can meet the operating requirements of BOG compressor in LNG terminal with better load adjustment performance; the integral gear compressor has more advantages over the reciprocating compressor in terms of plot space, maintenance and performance, and has better applicability in large scale LNG terminals.
