- 在海上安装水下软刚臂式单点系泊系统上部组块时,发现孤立塔柱内套筒立管与上部组块内塔筒工艺管位置错位,造成管线组对、焊接无法完成,上部组块海上安装失败。为解决该问题,分析了立管、工艺管错位原因,提出了上部组块返码头实施方案和海上现场实施方案,并从实施方法、资源投入、船舶待机、施工周期、施工特点等角度进行对比分析,确定海上现场实施最优化方案。对船舶甲板选择、旋转调整角度进行合理化方案设计。同时通过项目实践,介绍水下软刚臂式单点系泊系统上部组块安装施工流程及关键工序的施工方法,并总结了上部组块海上安装经验教训,为今后类似单点系泊系统的安装提供施工借鉴。
When the topside of the underwater soft yoke single point mooring system was installed at sea, it was found that the position of riser and the process pipe were misaligned. As a result, the pipeline assembly and welding cannot be completed, leading to offshore topside installation failure. In order to solve this problem, the failure-tree analysis was carried out for the misalignment of riser and process pipe. The implementation plan for the topside rectificationto be done onshore or offshore was proposed. Finally, offshore implementation was identified as the most optimal solution, determined via the perspective of implementation methods, resource input, vessel standby duration, construction cycle, construction characteristics and other analysis. The design for rectification option was rationalised taking into consideration the barge deck selection and riser rotation adjustment angle. At the same time, through project implementation, the construction process and key procedures of the topside installation of the underwater soft yoke mooring system were introduced. The experience and lessons-learnt of the topside offshore installation were summarized to provide references for the installation of single point mooring system of the same nature.
