- 克深气田气井具有地层压力超高(≥120 MPa)、地层温度超高(≥165 ℃)、埋藏超深(≥6 000 m)的特点,属于典型的“三超”气井,随着气田的不断深入开发,气井环空异常持续带压生产、井口装备老化损坏等问题日益突出,成为克深气田高效开发过程中影响安全生产的重大隐患。为了消除安全隐患,从环空异常持续带压和井口装置损坏两个方面详细论述了“三超”气井隐患特点,通过现场实践,制定了环空异常持续带压、油套管头密封失效、阀门内漏等有针对性的隐患治理措施,取得了良好效果,形成了“三超”气井隐患治理成套技术,对类似气井的安全隐患综合治理工作具有指导意义。
The gas wells in the Keshen gas field are typical “Three-Super-high” gas wells due to ultra high pressure (≥120 MPa), ultra high temperature (≥165℃) and ultra well depth(≥6 000 m). With the continuous development of the gas field, the issues such as production with pressure in the wellbore annulus and damage of wellhead equipment due to prolong use are becoming more and more prominent, and have become major safety hazards on the safe production of the highly efficient development of the Keshen gas field. The characteristics of the “Three-Super-High” gas wells are discussed in detail in terms of abnormal and continuous presence of pressure in the annulus and damage to the wellhead facilities. Through on site implementation, targeted measures are developed for the control and management of safety hazards such as abnormal continuous presence of pressure in the annulus, sealing failure in the oil casing head and passing valve. The above measures have achieved good results and formed a set of techniques for the control of safety hazards in “Three-Super-High” gas wells, which provides guidance for the comprehensive management and control of safety hazards of gas wells of the same nature.
