渤海Q油田为海上大型河流相砂岩油藏,进入特高含水期后,剩余油高度分散,低效井增多,稳产及低成本开发难度加大,探寻高效的挖潜方式对油田稳产及后续开发意义重大。在分析渤海Q油田开发存在的问题及制约瓶颈的基础上,对油田现有低效井进行了分类梳理,并根据钻井、测井、密闭取心、生产动态监测等资料剖析了油田特高含水期平面及纵向的水淹类型及特征,总结了剩余油富集模式。围绕低效井治理及剩余油高效挖潜,探索出集注采调整、措施改造、老井侧钻等多手段低效井治理与剩余油高效挖潜对策。相关措施在渤海Q油田不同类型油藏区块低效井的治理及剩余油的高效挖潜中得到了成功应用,油田综合含水稳定在93.7%,油田产量递减明显变缓。成果及方法为该油田特高含水期的低效井治理及高效挖潜探索出了一条有效途径,可供类似油藏高效挖潜借鉴。
Bohai Q oil field is a large-scale river facies sandstone reservoir. After entering the ultra-high water-cut stage, the remaining oil is highly dispersed, the low-efficiency wells are increased. It is difficult to achieve stable production and low-cost development. Based on the analysis of existing development issues and constraints in Bohai Q oil field, low efficiency wells are divided into classes. According to drilling, logging, sealing coring and production data, the plane and longitudinal flooding types and characteristics in the ultra-high water-cut stage have been analyzed and the remaining oil enrichment mode has been summarized as well. At the same time, focusing on the management of low-efficiency wells and high-efficiency residual oil recovery, we have explored a multi-method approach, including the adjustment of injection and mining, the reconstruction and the side drilling. Relevant measures have been successfully applied in Bohai Q oil field. The comprehensive water cut is stable at 93% in the oil field and decline in oil field production has slowed significantly. The achievements and methods provide an effective way for the treatment of low-efficiency wells and high-efficiency recovery in oil field of the same nature during ultra-high water-cut period.
