完井液体系的选择对生产井的高效开发至关重要,如何降低人为因素对完井液选择结果的影响以提高选择结果的合理性,直接影响着油田的开发效果。综合优选了影响完井液体系选择的四个因素,采用层次分析法研究了完井液的腐蚀性能、抑制性能、储层保护性能以及体系pH值等四个因素对完井液体系选择的影响权重,并以此为基础,利用模糊物元的数学方法构建了油田完井液体系快速优选方法。通过计算得到了完井液的腐蚀性能、抑制性能、储层保护性能以及体系pH值等四个因素对选择结果的影响权重分别为0.157 0、0.272 0、0.482 8、0.088 2。以KLX油田的完井液体系选择为例,利用该方法优选了隐形酸完井液为该油田的最优完井液体系,根据返排和投产后的产量结果来看,该油田储层污染较小且油田投产效果良好。利用建立的完井液快速优选方法已经成功指导了渤海7个油田的完井液选择,产量平均超过配产23%。
The selection of completion fluid system is very important for the efficient development of production wells. How to reduce the influence of human factors on the selection result of completion fluid and improve the rationality of the selection result directly affects the development effect of the oil field. Four factors affecting the selection of completion fluid system are comprehensively optimized. The weights of four factors affecting the selection of completion fluid system, including corrosion performance, inhibition performance, reservoir protection performance and system pH value, are studied using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Based on this, a rapid optimization method of oil field completion fluid system is established using fuzzy matter-element method. According to the calculation, the influence weights of four factors on the selection results are 0.157 0, 0.272 0, 0.482 8, 0.088 2 respectively. The rapid optimization method is used to guide the selection of completion fluid system in KL-X oil field, and the stealth acid completion fluid is selected as the optimal completion fluid system. Besides, the oil field has low reservoir contamination and desirable production capacity. The rapid optimization method of completion fluid had been successfully used to guide the selection of completion fluid in 7 oil fields in Bohai, and the average production was 23% higher than the production allocation.
