- 某海上平台注水泵在累计运行3个月后发生开裂,为查找开裂原因,通过宏观形貌分析、无损检测、解剖分析、微观分析(SEM)、腐蚀产物分析(XRD & EDS)、理化性能分析及有限元分析等手段对开裂注水泵进行失效分析。分析结果表明,开裂注水泵碳含量超标,耐海水腐蚀性较差,在水平和垂直内孔的十字交汇处(6点钟和12点钟位置)存在严重的应力集中,注水泵在腐蚀及交变应力的联合作用下导致腐蚀疲劳失效开裂。根据分析结果提出了避免或降低类似事故再次发生的相关建议,对保障平台注水系统的安全生产具有重要意义。
An offshore platform injection pump casing cracked after 3 months of operation. In order to find out the cause of the casing cracking, failure analysis was conducted by macroscopic morphology analysis, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), anatomical analysis, microscopic analysis (SEM), corrosion products analysis (XRD & EDS), physical and chemical performance analysis and finite element analysis. The analysis results showed that the injection pump had excessive carbon content, poor seawater corrosion resistance, and severe stress concentrations at the intersection of the horizontal and vertical inner bore (6 oclock and 12 oclock location). The failure of water injection pump was due to fatigue corrosion caused by a combination of corrosion and alternating stress In this paper, recommendation is made to avoid or mitigate such incidents in future, which is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the platform water injection system.
