二氧化碳排放控制技术是推动碳达峰、碳中和,构建全人类生态文明共同体的重要依托之一。以工业用能过程碳捕集与封存技术为着眼点,综合该技术在科学、技术和产业应用领域的情报信息,对其发展现状及趋势进行分析。目前全球碳捕集与封存技术的公开数量已达3 000项以上,石油化工行业是碳捕集与封存技术的主要应用领域,排放、成本、效率和能耗是该技术创新的主要着力点。从国际发展布局看,中美两国是碳捕集与封存技术创新和应用大国,其技术发展兴起于装备领域,发展脉络历经生物技术、燃料与燃烧工艺技术、回收再利用技术、量化控制技术,逐步发展到目前最为热门的碳足迹、碳捕集与封存技术。碳捕集与封存技术经历了导入期、成长期、成熟期和稳定期,未来随着全球低碳政策的大量出台,以及碳税、碳交易制度的逐步成熟,碳捕集与封存技术可能会迎来其第二轮的快速增长。碳捕集与封存技术的研究可为工业用能结构优化和绿色低碳转型提供一定的借鉴。
CO2 emission control technology is one of the significant supporting factors in promoting “peak carbon dioxide emissions, carbon neutrality” and the development of ecological civilization community for all mankind. This paper focuses on carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology for carbon released from industrial energy utilization process, and gives analysis on its current development status and trends based on the information from the fields of science, technology and industrial application. Currently, more than 3 000 CCS-related items are publicly available around the world, and CCS technology is mainly applied in petrochemical industry with the main focus of this technological innovation on emission, cost, efficiency and energy consumption. From the perspective of international development, China and the United States are major countries in the innovation and application of CCS technologies. Their technology development has emerged from the equipment field and the development context has gone through biotechnology, fuel and combustion process technology, recycling and reuse technology, and quantitative control technology, and gradually developed towards the popular carbon footprint and CCS technology. CCS technology has gone through the introduction period, the growth period, the mature period and stablization period. In the future, with the introduction of a large number of global low-carbon policies and the gradual maturity of carbon taxes and carbon trading systems, carbon capture and storage technology may usher in its second round of rapid growth. The research on CCS technology provides significant reference for industrial energy utilization structure optimization and the green and low-carbon transition.
