络合铁湿式氧化H2S工艺在中国应用比较广泛,在进行脱硫酸气的回收氧化过程中,络合铁脱硫工艺生成的硫浆和其他相关物质对松动风管线造成堵塞,导致松动风无法正常吹扫,进而影响脱硫设备的使用寿命。为解决该问题,对络合铁湿式氧化H2S工艺药剂加注量和参数及松动风吹扫模式两方面进行分析,并对吸收氧化塔锥体部分开展了长期大量现场试验,借助数值模拟进行流态分析,通过优化药剂加注量和参数、实际运行时的吹扫喷嘴角度和吹扫时长等参数,减少或避免硫浆堵塞松动风管线。研究结果可为络合铁湿式氧化H2S工艺减少松动风管线堵塞提供借鉴。
The process of hydrogen sulfide removal by wet oxidation of chelated iron is widely used in China. In the recovery and oxidation of acid gas from desulfurization process, the sulfur slurry and other related substances generated by the chelated iron desulfurization process may block the aeration air piping, resulting in the failure of the aeration air purging, thus affecting the service life of the desulfurization equipment. In order to solve the above problem, this paper analyzed chemical dosing amount and parameters of the H2S process of the chelated iron wet oxidation process and aeration air purge mode, and conducted large number of field tests over a long period of time on the cone of the absorption oxidation tower. The flow pattern of the cone section is also analyzed by numerical simulation in combination with actual field test results. By optimizing the chemical dosing amount and parameters, duration and angle of purging in actual operation, suggestions are put forward to reduce or avoid the event of sulfur slurry blocking the aeration air piping. This research result could provide references for reducing the clogging of aeration air piping in the process of H2S removal by chelated iron wet oxidation.
