为解决某高含硫气田集气站原料气过滤分离器快开盲板密封由于浮动唇形橡胶密封圈失效发生泄漏的问题,结合浮动唇形橡胶密封圈密封结构、原理进行分析,通过对橡胶材质、硬度进行测试,从采购、安装、工艺操作等多方面调查密封失效原因。分析调查得出:浮动唇形橡胶密封圈存在一定的制造缺陷,误操作导致快速气体减压和材质与H2S环境的不适应是浮动唇形橡胶密封圈失效的原因。针对分析调查得出的原因提出了严控验收程序、优化工艺操作、重新选择密封圈橡胶材质的改进措施,为原料气过滤分离器快开盲板密封泄漏问题提出了解决方案。
In order to solve the problem of leakage from quick opening blind of feed gas filter separator in a high sulfur gas field gas gathering station due to the failure of floating lip rubber seal ring, the sealing structure and principle were analyzed. Through the testing and analysis of rubber material and hardness, the investigation was conducted from the aspects of procurement, installation and process operations. The investigation and analysis results show that the manufacturing defects of the rubber seal ring, the rapid gas decompression caused by operation procedure and the incompatibility of the material with the hydrogen sulfide environment are the reasons for the failure of the floating lip rubber seal ring. Based on the analysis and investigation of the causes, the improvement measures including strict control of acceptance procedures, optimization of process operation and re-selection of rubber material for sealing ring are put forward, providing solutions to the leakage problem of quick opening blind plate seal of the feed gas filter separator.
