针对南海大位移水平井钻井过程中上返岩屑容易在大斜度井段形成岩屑床,造成钻具托压、摩阻扭矩增大,出现憋泵甚至卡钻问题,研发了一种新型岩屑床破坏器,并提出了岩屑床破坏器在钻具组合中安放位置间距计算公式。新型岩屑床破坏器在南海东部某油田大位移水平井中应用效果良好,岩屑返出量大幅提高;钻具托压出现次数减少,首次出现的井深变深,托压程度改善;过托压点钻压差值和井底当量循环密度(Equivalent Circulatin Density,ECD)值明显降低。研究可为大位移水平井或大斜度井现场施工提供借鉴。
Cuttings bed is easily formed in annulus of highly deviated well section during drilling extended reach horizontal well, making drill string weight held, friction and torque increase. In this case, pressure blockage easily occurs to mud pump and pipe-sticking happens in a serious situation. To solve the above problems, a new type of cuttings bed remover is put forward based on design and research in this paper and a position design formula for cuttings bed remover in drill string assembly is proposed. The sound application of new cuttings bed remover in an extended reach horizontal well of certain oilfield in the east of South China Sea shows that the amount of return cuttings is improved greatly, the depth of drill string weight held appearing for the first time got deeper, the frequency of drill string weight held reduces. Besides, the degree of drill string weight held is obviously improved. The difference value of weight on bit on the point of drill string weight held and Equivalent Circulatin Density(ECD) in bottom hole both reduce obviously. The research can provide reference for the field construction of extended reach horizontal well or high deviation well.
