挡风墙是冬季海上平台防寒保暖的重要设施,挡风墙高度是挡风墙设计关键参数之一。在确保满足充分通风要求的基础上,提出了一种海上平台挡风墙高度计算模型,从封闭空间充分通风要求的角度对挡风墙设计高度进行迭代计算,确定海上平台挡风墙临界高度。以渤海海域某海上平台为工程背景,运用计算模型进行案例计算分析,以海上平台通风换气次数为12次/h为依据,通过通风量数值模拟与计算,确定了平台甲板挡风墙临界高度为4.5 m。研究结果可为海上平台设计阶段的挡风墙高度计算提供参考。
The design height of windshield wall is one of the key parameters for cold protection and keeping the warmth of offshore platforms in winter. This article proposes a design process and calculation model for the height of the windshield from the perspective of the closed space of the offshore platform, and checks the design height of the windshield from the perspective of adequate ventilation requirements in the enclosed space, and determines the critical height of the windshield wall on the offshore platform. Taking a platform in the Bohai Sea as the engineering background, the above model is used for case calculation and analysis. Based on the ventilation rate of the offshore platform being 12 times/h air change, the critical height of the platform deck windshield wall is determined as 4.5 m through numerical simulation and calculation of the ventilation rate. The above research results can provide a valuable reference for the calculation of the windshield wall height in the engineering design stage of the offshore platform.
