- 为延缓页岩气井产量递减速度、提高单井预测最终可采储量(Estimated Ultimate Recovery,EUR),借鉴北美页岩气井控压生产的经验,在川渝地区宁209H49平台页岩气井开展了精细控压生产技术的先导性试验。现场试验表明:采用“一级固定油嘴+二级笼套式节流阀”地面流程的精细控压生产技术能有效降低压力衰减速率,实现控压生产;采用智能分析平台实时监控现场数据,可实现远程控制笼套式节流阀开度,降低劳动强度、提高气井自动化管理水平;采用精细控压生产技术后,试验井EUR可提高13%。结论认为,精细控压生产技术可有效延长气井平稳生产期,增加单位压降产气量。
In order to delay the production decline rate of shale gas wells and improve the Estimated Ultimate Recovery(EUR) of a single well, the pilot test of precision pressure control production in shale gas wells of Ning 209H49 platform was carried out, learning from the pressure control production experience of shale gas wells in North America. The field test results show that:1)the production mode of “fixed choke+sleeve choke valve” can effectively reduce the pressure decay rate and realize production pressure control;2)by using the intelligent analysis platform to monitor the field data in real time, the opening of sleeve choke can be adjusted remotely in real time, thereby reducing the labor intensity and the level of automation of gas wells is improved;3)by adopting precision pressure control production technology, the EUR of the test wells is predicted to be raised by 13%. In conclusion, precision pressure control production technology can extend the plateau production period of gas wells and increase the gas production per unit pressure drop.
