- 针对海上油田筛管完井生产井找堵水难度大的问题,利用管外封隔器或筛管外化学封隔器(Annular Chemical Packer,ACP)封隔筛管与井壁之间环空,然后下入地面控制阀分段找控水管柱,通过调整地面控制阀开关,明确各生产段出水情况,在此基础上调整各生产段对应地面控制阀开关,实现井筒控水生产,若措施效果理想施工结束,若效果不理想或井筒控水一段时间后失效,则将化学堵剂通过地面控制阀找控水管柱定位注入到出水层段的深部,进一步增强措施效果。运用梯度复合找堵水技术先后开展了2口井的现场试验,取得了明显的增油降水效果,为海上油田找堵水提供了技术支撑。
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to detect water and control water for screen completed oil wells in offshore oilfield, the preset packer outside of screen or Annulus Chemical Packer(ACP) is used to plug the annular space between screen and wellbore. On this basis, the piece wise tubular column of ground control valve is placed into the well. The water production of each section can be defined by adjusting the valve. At the same time, we can achieve the goal of WSO(Water Shutoff). If the effect is desirable, the construction will be ended, otherwise, the chemical plugging agent will be injected into the designated deep reservoir through the piece wise tubular column of ground control valve to improve WSO effect. The field application of two oil wells showed this technology has obvious effect of increasing oil and reducing water, which provided technical support for water shutoff in offshore oilfield.
