- 为了给离心压缩机设备制造厂内整机静态泄漏试验提供思路,对石油化工行业离心压缩机用干气密封静态泄漏试验方案进行了分析。通过比较不同标准对干气密封本体静态泄漏试验和组装后离心压缩机整机静态泄漏试验的要求,分析不同标准对静态泄漏试验的关注点和严格程度。结合离心压缩机设备制造厂的实际经验,针对不同型式的干气密封结构,为离心压缩机设备制造厂提供具备可操作性、同时满足标准要求的离心压缩机用干气密封静态泄漏试验方案。通过分析发现,当前最新版API 692 Dry gas sealing systems for axial,centrifugal,rotary screw compressors and expanders内容非常严谨、试验要求十分明确,完全可以指导离心压缩机设备制造厂进行干气密封和离心压缩机的静态泄漏试验;同时对标准中未明确规定但在设计阶段应关注的问题给出了建议。分析结果可为干气密封和离心压缩机设备制造厂进行干气密封和离心压缩机的静态泄漏试验提供指导依据。
In order to provide ideas for the static leakage test of the complete machine in the compressor manufacturing plant, the static leakage test plans of the dry gas seal of centrifugal compressors in the petroleum, chemical and gas industries were analyzed. By comparing the requirements for the static leakage test of the dry gas seal body and the static leakage test of the fully assembled centrifugal compressor in different industry standards, the focus and rigour of the static tests in these standards are analyzed. Combined with the actual experience of compressor manufacturers, according to different types of dry gas seal structures, we provide compressor manufacturers with a static leakage test plan for dry gas seals for centrifugal compressors that is operable and meets standard requirements. Through analysis, it is found that the current latest version of standard API 692 Dry gas sealing systems for axial,centrifugal,rotary screw compressors and expanders is very rigorous and has very clear requirements for testing, which can completely guide centrifugal compressor manufacturers to conduct static leakage tests between dry gas seals and compressors. At the same time, suggestions are given to the issues that are not clearly specified in the standard but require attention in the design stage. The results can provide guidance to dry gas seal and centrifugal compressor manufacturers in conducting static leakage tests.
