为研究陕北某含硫油田油管腐蚀结垢机理及防护措施,通过分析Y-1井和Y-2井的采出水水质、腐蚀结垢产物组成、腐蚀产物膜微观形貌、三维腐蚀形貌以及腐蚀结垢机理,根据腐蚀结垢机理提出防护措施。结果表明:采出水pH高,CO2-3、HCO-3、硫化物和硫酸盐还原菌含量高;Y1井和Y2井的平均腐蚀速率分别为1.023 2 mm/a和1.243 1 mm/a,远远超过SY/T 5329—2012《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》的规定(≤0.076 mm/a);腐蚀产物主要为FeS,结垢产物主要为CaCO3;造成油管腐蚀的主要原因是硫化物腐蚀;造成油管穿孔的原因主要为垢下腐蚀;通过投加高效缓蚀阻垢剂HZ2且加量为100 mg/L时,CaCO3阻垢率为90.97%,腐蚀速率降低至0.062 5 mm/a,满足防腐要求。投加高效缓蚀阻垢剂HZ2能够有效缓解油管的腐蚀结垢情况,为解决陕北某含硫油田油管腐蚀结垢防护问题提供依据。
In order to study the corrosion and scaling mechanism and protective measures of oil tubing in a sour oil field in Northern Shaanxi province, by analyzing the produced water quality, corrosion and scaling product composition, corrosion product film micro morphology, three-dimensional corrosion morphology and corrosion and scaling mechanism of Y-1 and Y-2 wells, protective measures are proposed according to the corrosion and scaling mechanism. The results show that the produced water has high pH and high contents of CO2-3, HCO-3, sulfide and sulfate reducing bacteria. The average corrosion rates of well Y-1 and well Y-2 were 1.023 2 mm/a and 1.243 1 mm/a, respectively, which far exceeded the requirements of SY/T 5329—2012 Water Quality Standard and Practice for Analysis of Oilfield Injecting Waters in Clastic Reservoirs(≤ 0.076 mm/a). The corrosion product is mainly FeS, and the scaling product is mainly CaCO3; The main cause of tubing corrosion is sulfide corrosion. The main cause of tubing perforation is corrosion under scale; When the dosage of high-efficiency corrosion and scale inhibitor HZ-2 is 100 mg/l, the scale inhibition rate of CaCO3 is 90.97%, and the corrosion rate is reduced to 0.062 5mm/a, meeting the anti-corrosion requirements. Adding high-efficiency corrosion and scale inhibitor HZ-2 can effectively alleviate the corrosion and scaling of oil tubing, and provide a basis for solving the corrosion and scaling protection of oil tubing in a sour oil field in Northern Shaanxi province.
