电驱离心式机泵作为一种增压设备在工程中应用广泛,其调速方案多为机械调速方案或变频调速方案,但存在效率不高或安装环境要求较高、有一定电磁辐射等问题。为了优化电驱离心式机泵调速性能,有必要分析离心式机泵设备运转特性及需求,从而探讨新的调速方案。介绍了一种大功率电驱离心式机泵新型调速方案——机电一体化调速装置,分析了新型调速方案的结构、工作原理、工作模式、启动方式、工作效率、安全可靠性等主要特点及在多个行业的实际应用,并通过案例与传统的机械调速方案和变频调速方案进行了比较。结果表明:新型调速方案集成了机械调速方案和变频调速方案的优点,实现了高效传递、高可靠性运行与低维护成本,提高了系统效率,达到了节能减排的目的。研究成果可为油气管道项目电驱离心式机泵调速方案的优化方向提供相关参考。
As a kind of pressure boosting equipment, motor-driven centrifugal pump and compressor are widely used in engineering. Its speed regulating scheme is mostly mechanical or frequency conversion type. However, these two types of scheme have some problems such as low efficiency, stringent requirements on installation environment and the presence of electromagnetic radiation. In order to optimize its speed regulating performance, it is necessary to analyze the operating characteristics and requirements of centrifugal pump and compressor, and explore new speed regulating scheme. This paper introduced a new speed regulating scheme for high-power electric motor-driven centrifugal pump: speed mechatronics engineering. This paper analyzed the structure, working principle, working mode, starting mode, working efficiency, safety and reliability, and practical application in many industries of this new speed regulating scheme, and compared it with the traditional mechanical speed regulating scheme and frequency conversion scheme through a project casestudy. It shows that the new speed regulation scheme has the advantages of both mechanical speed regulation and frequency conversion regulation, and achieves efficient transmission, high reliability operation and low maintenance cost, improving the system efficiency and meeting the objectives of energy saving and emission reduction. The research results can provide relevant references for the optimization direction of electric motor-driven centrifugal pump speed regulating scheme of oil and gas pipeline projects.
