传统储气库的运营模式是保证冬季采暖需求,现代储气库的运营模式在保证季节供暖需求同时满足工业天然气消费需求。在“双碳”目标、天然气管网互联互通、天然气定价机制市场化等因素作用下,未来储气库的运营模式将会更灵活、响应速度更快。为了满足储气库响应市场需求的变化,有必要研究储气库设施中关键设备—注气用高压离心式压缩机的发展;分析了往复式压缩机和离心式压缩机在地下储气库中应用效率的差别情况;阐述了高压离心式压缩机在地下储气库应用面临的技术难点和解决措施及实验验证,注气用高压离心式压缩机方案须基于掌握高压及超高压应用的技术核心和长期大量的经验、实验验证数据积累;介绍了面向未来的地下储气库注气用高压离心式压缩机解决方案—集成式压缩机的特点。因此,高压离心式压缩机在现代地下储气库设施的应用逐渐普及,而集成式压缩机将会更适应未来地下储气库设施高度灵活、快速响应的运营需求。
The traditional operating mode of gas storage is to ensure that the demand of heating in winter, and the operation mode of modern gas storage shall meet the demand of industrial natural gas consumption while ensuring seasonal heating demand. Under the effect of factors such as the “double carbon” targets, natural gas pipeline network connectivity taking shape, and natural gas pricing mechanism marketization, the future operating mode of gas storage will be more flexible and respond faster. In order to meet the change of gas storage in response to market demand, it is necessary to study the development of gas injection high-pressure centrifugal compressor, the key equipment in gas storage facilities. The efficiency difference of reciprocating compressor and centrifugal compressor in underground gas storage is analyzed. Several technical challenges, solutions and test verification of high-pressure centrifugal compressor applied in underground gas storage are illustrated. The injection compressor solution should be based on mastering the technical core of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure application and long-term accumulation of large amount of experience and experimental data. Finally, the hermetically sealed oil-free integrated turbocompressor is proposed as the future solution of underground gas storage injection compressor. Thus, the application of high-pressure centrifugal compressors in modern underground gas storage facilities is popularized, and the integrated compressor will be more suitable for the future underground gas storage facilities with high flexibility and quick response operation requirements.
