天然气在生产、净化和输配过程中拥有众多天然气调压点,余压资源十分丰富,若能将这部分压力能进行有效的回收利用,对提高经济效益与节能减排具有重要意义。分析某天然气净化厂余压发电装置应用情况,从能量转换效率、技术成熟先进性、运行安全可靠性、经济效益可行性等方面进行全面考核评估,膨胀机发电系统效率、连续稳定运行时长、非计划停运系数、出力系数和运行系数均处于较高水平,并给出定量定性的结论及下一步工作建议,为天然气净化厂余压发电项目的研究、示范、推广工作提供理论基础和实践经验。
With large number of pressure regulating points in the process of natural gas production, treatment, transmission and distribution, the residual pressure resources are quite abundant. If this part of pressure can be effectively recovered and reused, it is of great significance to improve economic efficiency, conserve energy and reduce emission. Through the analysis on the application of the residual pressure power generation facilities in a natural gas purification plant, the comprehensive assessment and evaluation are carried out from the aspects of energy conversion efficiency, technology maturity and advancement, operation safety and reliability, and feasibility of economic gain. Both the quantitative and qualitative conclusions are reached with suggestions for the next step, providing theoretical basis and practical experience for the study, demonstration and promotion of the residual pressure power generation project in the natural gas purification plant.
