海上油田高含水问题突出,现有控水剂难以应对复杂井况的治理需求,有必要结合海上油田生产特点开展高性能控水剂的研究。通过借鉴海上油田连续封隔体、ICD筛管完井的集成控水成功经验,筛选出可应用于油田控水的功能固体颗粒Pin135,该颗粒具有粒径小、亲油疏水、热稳定性高和表面活性高的应用特性,基于功能固体颗粒,通过化学手段制备出新型固体分散体型控水剂,并对其进行耐温耐盐性、注入性、选择性、耐冲刷性等性能评价,以此确定控水剂适用边界条件。评价实验表明,新型固体分散体型控水剂适用于温度≤120 ℃、矿化度≤50 000 mg/L、渗透率≥250 mD的储层条件,油相封堵率<20%、水相封堵率≥83%、驱替量108 PV条件下耐冲刷性优良。新型固体分散体型控水剂应用性能优良,针对中高渗储层具有一定的普遍适用性,应用前景广阔。
The problem of high water cut in offshore oilfields is serious, and the existing water shutoff agents are difficult to meet the needs of complex well conditions. It is necessary to carry out research on high-performance water shutoff agents in combination with the production characteristics of offshore oilfields. Based on the offshore oilfield successful experience of integrated water control measures such as pack-off particle and ICD screen well completion, the solid particle P-in-135 was screened out to be applied in oilfield water control. P-in-135 has the application characteristics of small particle size, lipophilic and hydrophobic, high temperature stability and high surface activity. The new solid dispersion water shutoff agent was prepared by chemical means and its performance including temperature and salt resistance, injectivity performance, selectivity and scouring resistance was evaluated, so that the application boundary conditions of solid dispersion water shutoff agent were determined. The evaluation experimental results show that the water shutoff agent is suitable for reservoir conditions with temperature≤120 ℃, salinity≤50 000 mg/L and permeability ≥250 mD, and oil phase plugging rate<20%, water phase plugging rate≥83%, and has excellent scouring resistance when the displacement is 108 PV. The results show that the new solid dispersion water shutoff agent has excellent application performance, and has universal applicability for medium and high permeability reservoir conditions, which brings it broad application prospects.
