液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)接收站中结构单体涉及钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构以及混合结构等,其中钢结构耐火保护设计是结构安全的重要保证,建筑物钢结构耐火保护设计大多可在相应标准中查询,但构筑物钢结构耐火保护设计无统一规定,且涉及多个标准规范。对国内关于构筑物钢结构的耐火保护设计的标准规范进行整理,梳理出LNG接收站构筑物钢结构耐火保护设计的适用条款;结合LNG接收站构筑物钢结构单体功能特点,整理出LNG接收站构筑物钢结构耐火保护设计具体要求;对各构筑物钢结构单体是否属于防火范围进行分析,对单体在防火范围的结构构件耐火保护涂覆范围和作法进行了总结。形成的LNG接收站构筑物钢结构耐火保护设计标准化作法,可对后续类似项目的耐火保护设计提供设计依据和指导。
The structural units in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) receiving terminal involves reinforced concrete structure, steel structure and hybrid structure. The passive fire protection design of steel structure is an important guarantee for structural safety. Most of the passive fire protection design of steel structures of building can be found in the corresponding standards, but there are no unified provisions on the passive fire protection design of structural steel of steel structures, and many standards and specifications are involved. This paper sorts out the domestic standards and specifications for the passive fire protection design of steel structures, and lists the applicable provisions for the fire protection design of steel structures of LNG terminal project. Combined with the functional characteristics of the steel structure of the LNG terminal project, the specific requirements for the passive fire protection design of the steel structure of the LNG terminal project are sorted out. Whether each single steel structure unit is covered by the fire protection scope is analyzed, and the application coverage of passive fire protection coating and application methods of the fire protection of its structural members within the passive fire protection scope is summarized. This specific requirement has formed a standardized practice for passive fire protection design of steel structures of LNG terminal structures, and provides design basis and guidance for passive fire protection design of subsequent projects of the same nature.
