- Cansolv尾气处理装置投运后,需有效处理其产生的含高盐、高浓度有机物和还原性硫的污水。针对污水的有关特性,选择了污水→气液交换处理→微电解氧化→絮凝→过滤→达标外排的简便且易操作的处理技术路线进行实验。结果表明,实验装置对含高盐、高浓度有机物和还原性硫的污水处理具有较好的适应性,但具有药剂耗量大、生产运行成本较高的缺点。通过Cansolv尾气处理装置污水处理技术实验研究,可为解决类似技术难题提供参考。
This study aims to solve the treatment of sewage containing high salt, high concentration of organic compound and reducing sulfur after the Cansolv exhaust gas treatment unit was put into operation. According to relevant characteristics of the sewage, the simple and easy-to-operate treatment procedures such as sewage→gas-liquid exchange treatment→micro-electrolytic oxidation→flocculation→filtration→discharge to standards were selected. After the test, it is concluded that the test unit has good adaptability to treatment of sewage with high salt, high concentration of organic compounds and reducing sulfur, but has the disadvantages of high chemical consumption and high operating costs. This study provides a valuable technical reference for solving the technical issues of sewage treatment of Cansolv exhaust gas treatment unit.
