储气库天然气采输过程中,通常采用J-T阀制冷+注乙二醇防冻堵工艺防止水合物生成。乙二醇再生系统可以将回收的乙二醇富液浓度提升,达到循环使用要求。传统乙二醇再生装置存在乙二醇溶液易受凝析油污染、呈酸性腐蚀再生装置、结垢结焦堵塞循环系统等问题。通过对S储气库乙二醇再生工艺优化的研究,将传统乙二醇再生装置整体更换为不锈钢材质、加装大处理量贫富液过滤器组的新型乙二醇再生装置,较好地解决了上述问题,为类似工艺情况提供借鉴。
In the process of natural gas production and transmission in gas storage, J-T valve refrigeration + ethylene glycol injection is the technology to prevent freezing and blocking due to hydrate formation. The ethylene glycol regeneration system will increase the concentration of the recovered rich ethylene glycol liquid to meet the requirements of hydrate inhibitor recycling. There are some problems in the traditional regeneration process, such as ethylene glycol solution being easily contaminated by condensate, process fluid becoming acidic causing corrosion of regeneration equipment , scaling, coking resulting in blocking of circulation system, etc. Through the study on the optimization of ethylene glycol regeneration process of S gas storage, the new glycol regeneration unit replaces the whole traditional regenerated glycol unit with stainless steel equipment and adds a high capacity stainless steel lean and rich liquid filter The new type of regeneration unit in S gas storage has addressed the above issues and provided reference for process system of the same nature.
