乙二醇回收系统(Mono-ethylene glycol Recovery Unit,MRU)是深水油气田开发工程的重要组成部分。介绍了MRU起源、应用现状、分类,分析比较了全脱盐法MRU与常规MRU的异同点,阐述了脱盐原理和关键设备,最后对MRU的发展趋势进行了展望。研究MRU在深海平台的应用,为优化乙二醇再生工艺、提高乙二醇再生系统使用效率提供了新的经验。结论认为,中国需努力加速MRU国产化的技术进程。
Mono-ethylene glycol Recovery Unit (MRU) is an important part of deep-water oil and gas field development project. This paper introduced the origin, application status and classification of MRU, analyzed and compared the similarities and differences between full desalination MRU and conventional MRU, expounded the desalting principle and key equipment, and finally forecasted the development trend of MRU. The research on the application of MRU in deep-water platform provides a new experience for optimizing the mono-ethylene glycol regeneration process and improving the efficiency of mono-ethylene glycol regeneration system. The conclusion of this research is that China needs to make more efforts in many directions to accelerate the localization of technological process of MRU.
