在人工成本高昂的海外地区建设陆上大型项目,模块化已成为优先考虑的建造方式。通过对某海外甲醇项目的实例分析,从多方面探讨了模块化方式的特点,首先分析了需要优先考虑模块化的前提条件；随后讨论了过程中需要特别关注的影响因素；然后计算国内建造定额和国外人工成本,可直观地看出两者存在的巨大差距;通过比较传统方式建造和模块化建造的材料、人工等各项成本,着重分析了模块化在降低项目建设成本方面的显著优势。经过成本的对比和分析可清楚地看出,采用模块化建造方式可以极大地减少项目投资,对人工成本影响极大。

In the construction of large-scale onshore projects in overseas areas with high labor costs, modularization has become a preferred construction method. Through the case analysis on an overseas natural gas to methanol project, the characteristics of the modularization method are discussed from various aspects. Firstly, the preconditions that need priority are analyzed; then the influencing factors that need special attention in the process are discussed; by comparing and calculating the foreign and domestic labor costs, it can be intuitively seen that there is a huge gap between the two; by comparing the costs of materials and labor in traditional construction and modular construction, analysis is focused on the significant advantages of modularization in terms of reducing project costs. After cost comparison and analysis, it can be clearly seen that the use of modular construction can greatly reduce project investment and have a great impact on labor costs.
