- 摘要:
为了解决制约氢能产业发展的氢气运输成本问题,利用现有较完善的天然气管网,掺入一定比例的氢气进行输送具有较大的工程应用价值,得到了广泛关注。而且一定掺氢比例下的掺氢天然气燃料可以直接应用,有利于提高氢能源消费占比和降低氮氧化物的排放。针对天然气和氢气的掺混工艺设计及掺氢系统运行安全控制展开了重点讨论,研究成果可为天然气掺氢工艺的推广应用提供参考。
Hydrogen transportation cost restricts the development of the hydrogen energy industry. In order to solve this problem, a certain proportion of hydrogen is injected into the existing, relatively complete natural gas pipeline network for transportation. This approach has great engineering application value and received widespread attention. Moreover, Under certain hydrogen-doped ratio of hydrogen-enriched natural gas can be directly utilized as fuel, which contributes to an increase in the proportion of hydrogen energy utilization and reduce NOX emissions. This paper focuses on the design of natural gas and hydrogen blending process and the process safety in control of hydrogen blending system operation. The research results can provide reference for the promotion and application of hydrogen-enriched natural gas technology.
