目前,中国液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)薄膜罐建造尚需引进国外专利技术,对国外成熟的LNG薄膜罐技术进行本土化转换,有利于中国掌握核心技术,降低项目建设投资,缩短施工周期。对韩国引进国外LNG薄膜罐技术和本土化转换全过程进行了总结,结合技术发展时间线的梳理,思考其对中国的启示。对中国引进LNG薄膜罐技术和本土化转化提出建议:积极开发科学安全的薄膜波纹技术,并经过试验验证;在标准制定、建造技术、建造设备等方面与技术开发同步本土化,有利于LNG薄膜罐技术在中国大规模推广应用。
At present, China needs to introduce foreign patented technology to build LNG membrane tank. Localization of mature foreign LNG membrane tank technology will help China to master the core technology, lower project development investment, and shorten the construction duration. This paper summarized the whole process of introducing foreign LNG membrane tank technology and the transformation process into domestic technology in South Korea, sorted out the technological development time line and drew a preliminary conclusion for its implications for China. Some suggestions are put forward for the introduction and indigenization of LNG membrane tank technology in China. Firstly, China should develop a scientific and safe corrugated membrane technology, and verify the technology by experiments. Secondly, localization should also proceed in the establishment of standards, construction techniques and construction equipment, in order to promote big scale application of Chinas own LNG membrane tank technology.
