克深气田埋藏超深(≥6 000 m)、地层压力超高(≥120 MPa)、地层温度超高(≥165 ℃),气井采用井下安全阀+THT永久式封隔器完井管柱投产。针对“三超”气井生产管柱断落、变形、腐蚀泄漏,严重影响气井正常生产问题,开展了井下管柱处理工艺技术研究,形成了包括压井、径向切割炬RCT(Radial Cutting Torch,RCT)切割、永久式封隔器处理、落鱼打捞及相应工具选择在内的配套工艺技术。2015年至今己成功地对20余口事故井进行了修复,取得了良好效果,研究为“三超”气井大修复杂处理提供了可借鉴的经验。
In Keshen gas field, the reservoir is extremely deep (≥6000 m), the formation pressure is extremely high (≥120 MPa)and the formation temperature is extremely high (≥165℃). The gas well was completed with a downhole safety valve THT permanent packer string. In view of the problems of production string breakage, deformation and corrosion leakage in“Three Super”gas wells, which seriously affect the normal production of gas wells, the downhole string treatment technology is studied. A complete set of technology including well killing, RCT(Radial Cutting Torch) cutting, permanent packer treatment, fishing and corresponding tool selection has been developed. Since 2015, more than 20 accident wells have been successfully repaired, and good results have been achieved, which provides reference for the ultradeep high temperature and high pressure gas wells.
