循环冷却水系统在工业领域应用广泛,为提高冷却水水质管理水平、降低生产运行成本,回顾循环冷却水系统的发展历程及发展趋势,同时开展对闭式冷却塔的结垢原因及影响因素研究。根据研究结果对闭式冷却塔水质管理进行了优化与提升,并对实施效果进行评价,最后研究出循环冷却水系统的结垢规律、制定治理对策,形成一套循环冷却水水质管理标准,高效解决循环冷却水结垢腐蚀问题,并对后期循环冷却水水质管理与提升提供参考。
The recirculating cooling water system has been widely used in the industrial sector. In order to improve the level of cooling water quality management and lower the costs of production and operation, the development history and trend of the recirculating cooling water system are reviewed. At the same time, research is conducted on the causes and influencing factors of scaling in closed loop cooling towers. Based on the research results, the water quality management of closed loop cooling towers is optimized and improved, and the effect after implementation is evaluated. Finally, the scaling pattern of the recirculating cooling water system is studied and the management strategies are developed. A set of cooling water quality management standards is formed to efficiently address the scaling and corrosion in cooling water system, which provides reference for the management and improvement of the quality of recirculating cooling water in the future.
