浮式液化天然气(Floating Liquefied Natural Gas,FLNG)工艺能极大地降低海底天然气的处理负荷,在海底天然气处理方面的应用已逐渐成为焦点。FLNG工艺的发展主要受建设成本、技术条件、液化产率等方面限制,所以对FLNG工艺的改进需在FLNG装置满足质量轻、占地面积小、耐腐蚀等要求的基础上,进行工艺流程优化,降低建设成本,提高设备产能。对比研究广泛应用于FLNG工艺中的阶式制冷循环工艺、膨胀制冷循环工艺和混合制冷循环工艺。研究结果表明:混合制冷循环工艺相比其他两种工艺具有工艺流程短、液化效率较高、可处理原料气成分更广泛、节省能耗和对复杂海况适应性高的优点;将混合制冷循环工艺与有效的预处理工艺及液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)卸载工艺相结合,已逐渐成为FLNG工艺的主导工艺,目前已广泛应用于海上LNG的生产工作。
The application of floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) process, which can greatly reduce the processing load of subsea natural gas, has gradually attracting attention. Since the development of FLNG process is limited by construction cost, technical conditions, liquefaction yield and other aspects, the development trend of FLNG needs to optimize the process flow, lower construction costs and improve equipment capacity on the basis of meeting the criteria of light weight, small footprint and corrosion resistance. By comparing the three refrigeration processes, namely cascade refrigeration liquefaction process, expansion refrigeration cycle process and mixed refrigerant cycle process widely used in FLNG. The study found that the mixed refrigerant process has the advantages of shorter process flow, high liquefaction yield, ability to accept wider raw gas composition, saving energy and having high adaptability to complex sea conditions as compared with other liquefaction processes. The combination of mixed refrigerant with effective pretreatment process and Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)unloading process has gradually become the dominant process for FLNG. This integrated process package is now widely used in offshore LNG production.
