硫沉积现象在络合铁脱硫装置中不可避免,为此需研究络合铁脱硫装置的设备结构、工艺流程设计、工艺参数的设置以及合理的工艺操作,以期有效控制溶液系统中硫沉积的速度,达到延长络合铁脱硫装置平稳运行时间的目的。通过研究络合铁脱硫装置的运行情况、异常处置情况,横向对比同类装置的异常处置情况,制定控制硫磺沉积措施,再通过现场验证,确认控制措施的可靠性和效率。实践证明,硫磺沉积控制措施在某单井络合铁脱硫装置应用后,装置运行平稳,未发生硫磺过量沉积现象,在控制硫磺沉积方面效果显著。研究成果可供同类项目参考借鉴。
The phenomenon of sulfur deposition is inevitable in the complex iron desulfurization units. Therefore, it is necessary to study the equipment structure, process flow design, process parameter setting and reasonable process operation of the complex iron desulfurization units, so as to effectively control the speed of sulfur deposition in the solution system and achieve the purpose of prolonging the stable operation time of the device. By studying the operation and abnormal disposal of the complex iron desulfurization units, and comparing the abnormal disposal of similar units and equipment horizontally, the measures to control sulfur deposition are formulated, and then the reliability and efficiency of the control measures are confirmed through field practice. Practice has proved that after the application of sulfur deposition control measures in a single well desulfurization units, the units runs smoothly without excessive sulfur deposition, and the effect of controlling sulfur deposition is remarkable. The research results can be used for reference by similar projects.
