中亚地区建设油气长输管道站场面临着社会依托差、建筑抗震性能要求高、现场施工管理难度大等系列问题,亟待解决。通过分析海外项目的实际工程需求以及装配式钢结构建筑的优势,探讨了装配式钢结构建筑在中亚地区油气长输管道站场的应用前景。对比发现，装配式钢结构建筑具有抗震性能优越、现场施工速度快、建筑垃圾少等特点,尤其适合海外油气长输管道站场建筑的建设需求,同时装配式钢结构建筑也是目前建筑工业化程度最高,施工技术和实践经验最丰富、最成熟的结构体系,是油气长输管道站场建筑体系的最优选择。装配式钢结构建筑可以解决中亚地区或其他海外油气长输管道站场建设项目中基础条件差、工程进度慢、工程管控弱的共性问题,具有广阔的应用前景。

The construction of long-distance oil and gas pipeline stations in Central Asia has some problems such as poor social support, high seismic performance requirements of buildings and difficulty in site construction management, which need to be resolved urgently. Based on the analysis of actual engineering requirements for overseas projects and the advantages of prefabricated steel structures, the application prospect of prefabricated steel structures in long distance pipeline stations in Central Asia is discussed. By comparison, it is found that prefabricated steel structure buildings have technical characteristics such as superior seismic performance, fast on-site construction speed and less construction waste, which are especially suitable for the construction needs of overseas oil and gas pipeline station buildings. Meanwhile, the prefabricated steel structure building is also the most industrialized structure system, with a wealth of construction technology and practical experience, and the most mature structure system. Therefore, it is the best choice for the construction system of oil and gas long distance pipeline station. Prefabricated steel structure construction can solve the common problems of poor basic infrastructure conditions, slow project progress and weak project management in the construction projects of longdistance pipeline stations in Central Asia or other overseas projects, and has a broad application prospect.
