基于UNS N08825合金复合管实际工程实施情况,识别了环焊缝关键位置根焊处存在的主要缺陷形式。对比分析了国内外相关标准及实际工程中环焊缝的质量控制要求,基于工程合于使用、安全可靠的原则,在SY/T 7464—2020《耐腐蚀合金双金属复合管焊接及无损检测技术标准》基础上,对UNS N08825合金复合管环焊缝质量验收准则进行了探讨,推荐了根焊处内凹、气孔、内表面颜色以及错边等主要缺陷的合格验收指标,可直接指导工程建设。
Based on the actual engineering construction of UNS N08825 alloy lined or clad pipes, the main defects in root girth weld have been identified in this paper. The quality control requirements of girth welds in the relevant local and international standards and actual engineering projects are compared and analyzed, based on the principle that the engineering is fit for purpose, safe and reliable. This paper discusses the NDT acceptance criteria of the girth weld of UNS N08825 alloy lined or clad pipes on the basis of SY/T 7464—2020Internal Lined or Clad Corrosion Resistant Alloy Pipeline Welding and Inspection Specificationindustry standard, and recommends the acceptance criteria of the main defects of root weld, such as internal concavity, porosity, inner surface discoloration and misalignment. These recommendations can be directly used as guidance for other engineering projects.
