长输管道运行管理中,对于直流杂散电流干扰和交流杂散电流干扰对管道造成的影响,通常采取相应的排流设施分别排除,无法使用同一套排流设施同时排除。为解决这一问题,对某输气管道受到的两种干扰影响进行综合分析,提出了一种混合型杂散电流排除方法,采用“交直流两用排流器+专用排流地床”构成混合型排流设施,来同时排除管道受到的交流杂散电流干扰和直流杂散电流干扰,保障管道安全运行。混合型杂散电流排除方法可同步排除两种不同性质的杂散电流,减少项目征地面积以及对环境的影响。通过现场试验和测试,混合型杂散电流排除方法取得了显著效果,研究成果可推广应用。
In the operation and management of long-distance transmission pipelines, two independent stray current draining facilities are usually required to eliminate the impact of DC interference and AC interference on the pipeline respectively, as the two types of interference on the pipeline cannot be eliminated by one set of current draining facilities simultaneously. In order to solve this problem, a comprehensive analysis of the interference impact of a gas transmission pipeline was carried out, and a hybrid stray current elimination method was proposed, which used AC and DC dual-purpose stray current drain unit+special discharge bed to form a set of hybrid discharge facilities, so as to eliminate the AC interference and DC interference on the pipeline at the same time, and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline. The system has passed field trials and tests and achieved remarkable results. The hybrid stray current elimination method can eliminate two different stray currents at the same time, thereby reduces the land acquisition area and minimizes environmental impact of the project.
