- 目前,中国液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)进口量已超过天然气进口总量的50%,LNG的组分会因产地不同产生差异,76.6%以上的进口LNG中轻烃摩尔含量超过5%。同时LNG中蕴含大量冷能,利用LNG冷能回收LNG富液中的轻烃,利用效率高达90%。在对现有工艺系统优缺点分析的基础上,提出了一种利用LNG冷能回收轻烃和闪蒸气(Boil-off Gas,BOG)的综合工艺系统,以某LNG接收站LNG富液为例进行了模拟计算,并对关键运行参数进行了分析研究。结果表明,采用新工艺系统,轻烃回收率高达95.7%,单位产品能耗仅688
MJ/t,同时实现了低能耗回收接收站BOG,新工艺系统各项指标均达到了国内外先进水平。研究结果可为LNG接收站轻烃回收装置建设提供借鉴。
At present, the import of LNG accounts for over 50% of China's total natural gas imports. The composition of LNG varies according to the different producing areas. Over 76.6% of the imported LNG has a light hydrocarbon content exceeding 5% mole. At the same time, LNG contains a significant amount of cold energy, which can be highly efficient, achieving 90% efficiency in recovering light hydrocarbons from LNG. In this paper, an integrated process system of recovering light hydrocarbon and BOG by LNG cold energy is proposed based on the analysis of the pros and cons of the existing process system. A case study on a domestic LNG receiving station was carried out by analyzing key operating parameters of simulation modeling of LNG rich liquid process. The results show that the light hydrocarbon recovery rate is as high as 95.7% and the energy consumption per unit of product is only 688 MJ/t. Moreover, the energy required for BOG recovery is minimal, and the process performance indicators have reached leading levels at home and abroad. The research results provide reference for the development of light hydrocarbon recovery unit in LNG receiving stations.
