有水气藏是中国天然气产量和储量的主体,目前有水气藏见水形势严峻,已成为气藏开发面临的主要矛盾和影响产量、储量的关键因素。在国家“双碳”目标背景下,碳捕集、利用与封存(Carbon Capture,Utilization and Storage,CCUS)方兴未艾,初步研究认为,碳捕集、利用与封存—提高天然气采收率(Carbon Capture,Utilization and StorageEnhanced Gas Recovery,CCUSEGR)是实现有水气藏高效开发利用的极佳探索途径。理论上CCUSEGR可以解决有水气藏的开发矛盾,同时开创多个层次的有利局面:首先可以达到源头治水的目的,通过补能置换大幅提高气藏采收率;其次可以同步实现封存CO2、解决油藏封存能力不足的问题,助力国家“双碳”目标实现;另外通过碳埋存在市场赚取碳汇,助力石油公司绿色可持续发展。因此,结合气藏开发和国家油气产量、储量工作目标的迫切需求,在“双碳”目标下针对石油公司CCUSEGR发展策略提出建议:一是加快推进CCUS在天然气开发中的应用研究,规模开展现场先导试验,尽早形成完整的CCUS技术及工程体系;二是积极参与国家CO2法律法规和技术体系建设,营造CCUS发展环境;三是统筹考虑原油和天然气CCUS需求,完善机制体制,致力于打造完整碳产业链,引领中国未来CCUS产业发展。
Water-bearing gas reservoirs are the mainstay of natural gas production and reserves in China. Currently, the situation of water-breakthrough in gas reservoirs is severe, which has become the primary obstacle and key factor affecting production and recovery of reserves in gas reservoir development. This has led to a significant reduction in reserves, and a certain number of reserves still face the impact of water production. At present, we are in a critical period of opportunity under the national “dual carbon” goals, and CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) is gaining momentum. Preliminary research suggests that CCUS-EGR (Enhanced Gas Recovery) is an excellent exploration pathway to achieve efficient development and utilization of water-bearing gas reservoirs. Theoretically, CCUS-EGR can overcome the development obstacles posed by water-bearing gas reservoirs, while creating multiple levels of favorable situations. Firstly, it can achieve the goal of controlling water at the source, significantly improving the rate of recovery of gas reservoirs through energy replenishment and replacement. Secondly, it can simultaneously achieve CO2 storage, address the issue of insufficient storage capacity in reservoir, and contribute to the attainment of national “dual carbon” goals. Thirdly, it earns carbon credit through carbon storage in the market, helping oil companies achieve green and sustainable development. Therefore, this paper proposes three suggestions for the development strategy of CCUS-EGR for oil companies under the “dual carbon” goals, based on urgent needs of gas reservoir development and national oil and gas production and reserve goals, as well as the “guarantee of national energy security” and the “green” highquality development of oil companies. First of all, accelerate the application research of CCUS in natural gas development, conduct on-site pilot tests on a large scale, and develop a complete CCUS technology and engineering system as soon as possible. Secondly, actively participate in the development of national laws, regulations and technical frameworks on CO2 to create a conducive environment for CCUS development. Lastly, consider the overall CCUS demands for both crude oil and natural gas, improve the mechanism and system, and strive to build a complete carbon industry chain, thereby leading the future development of Chinas CCUS industry.
