深水带控制系统水下管汇是制约中国独立开发南海深海油气资源的关键设备之一。为加快深水带控制系统水下管汇的国产化进程,对深水带控制系统水下管汇的国产化意义、系统组成和要求、现阶段国产化取得的成绩等进行分析,阐述了其设计、制造、测试、安装技术和工程化产品自主化研制情况。中国已在关键技术上取得突破,研制了国内首台500 m水深级带控制系统水下管汇,已示范应用到气田开发项目中,同时在紧凑型水下管汇和基盘式水下管汇的研发中取得了较大进展。最后对新型深水带控制系统水下管汇国产化研发和应用进行了展望。
The deepwater subsea manifold with control module is one of the key equipment that restrict China's independent development of deepwater oil and gas resources in the South China Sea. To accelerate the process of domestic development and production of the deepwater subsea manifold with control module, this paper analyzes the significance, system components and the requirements of their domestic development and production, as well as the achievements made at present stage. It describes the engineering design, manufacturing, testing, and installation technologies, along with the independent development of engineering products. China has made breakthroughs in key technologies, developing the country's first 500-meter water depth category subsea manifold with control module, which has been applied in a gas field development project. At the same time, significant progress has been made in the development of compact subsea manifold and baseplate subsea manifold. Finally, this paper provides an outlook on the domestic development and production; and application of the new types of subsea manifold with control module.
