隔水管—井口系统是深水钻井的关键设备,也是影响深水钻井作业安全的关键因素。受海上风、浪、流及浮式钻井平台漂移影响,深水钻井隔水管—井口系统存在力学强度受损和结构完整性破坏的风险。为提高南海东南部深水气田作业安全性,基于资料调研、理论研究和计算分析,通过对隔水管—井口系统的强度、弱点、漂移和疲劳等进行分析,形成了深水气田隔水管—井口系统力学分析的关键技术,指导钻井工程设计,确保现场作业安全,可为中国深水油气田勘探开发积累技术经验。
The riser-wellhead system is a significant equipment for deepwater drilling and serves as a key factor affecting the safety of deepwater drilling operation. Influenced by offshore wind, waves, currents, and the drift of floating drilling platforms, the deepwater drilling riser-wellhead system is susceptible to risks such as mechanical strength damage and structural integrity failure. In order to improve the operational safety in the southeast gas field in the South China Sea, data research, theoretical studies, and computational analyses are conducted. Through strength analysis, weakness analysis, drift analysis and fatigue analysis, key mechanical analysis technologies for deepwater riser-wellhead system have been developed. These advancements have effectively guided drilling engineering design, ensured on-site operational safety, and accumulated valuable technical experience for the exploration and development of deepwater oil and gas fields in China.
