“陆上进深层,海上进深水”已成为油气勘探开发的重要趋势。深水/超深水油气勘探正在成为全球油气勘探中新发现和新增储量的担纲领域。为此，深入分析了大型国际石油公司在全球深水油气勘探开发热点区域和主要区块布局,阐述了全球深水油气勘探开发前沿技术与装备,主要包括地球物理勘探、钻完井作业和海洋工程等方面。在总结中国石油企业迈向深水油气勘探领域所面临的机遇与短板的基础上,提出了未来深度参与国际深水油气合作的建议。

“Advancing into deep formations on land and deepwater at sea” has become an important trend in oil and gas exploration and development. Deepwater and ultra-deep water areas are becoming the primary contributors to new discoveries and reserve additions in global oil and gas exploration. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the layouts of major international oil companies in global deepwater oil and gas exploration hotspots and key blocks, elaborating on frontier technologies and equipment for deepwater oil and gas exploration and development, including geophysical exploration, drilling completion operations, and marine engineering. Based on a summary of the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese oil companies in entering the deepwater oil and gas sector, this paper also offers recommendations for their future engagement in international deepwater oil and gas cooperation.
