二氧化碳过度排放造成了气候变暖、极端天气频发和生态环境恶化等全球性问题。中国提出了“双碳”目标,大力发展二氧化碳捕集技术势在必行。离子液体具有蒸气压极低、液体温度范围宽、不易燃、热稳定性高以及溶剂化能力优良等优异性能,在二氧化碳捕集领域已经取得了一定研究进展,功能化离子液体能够提高二氧化碳的捕集效率和循环使用次数。低共熔溶剂是一种离子液体类似物,不仅具有离子液体优异的物理和化学性质,还具有制备工艺简单、经济性好和生物可降解等优点。综述了功能化离子液体在二氧化碳捕集中的研究与应用,介绍了低共熔溶剂在二氧化碳捕集中的应用,总结了当前离子液体及其类似物存在的不足,展望了未来离子液体及其类似物的研究方向。
Excessive carbon dioxide emissions have caused global issues such as global warming, extreme weather events, and ecological degradation. The Chinese government has proactively put forward the strategic goals of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”. To realize these goals, it is imperative to vigorously develop carbon capture technologies. Ionic liquids, characterized by extremely low vapor pressure, wide liquid temperature range, non-flammability, high thermal stability and excellent solvation ability, have made significant research progress in carbon dioxide capture. Moreover, functionalized ionic liquids can enhance carbon dioxide capture efficiency and the number of reuse cycles. In addition, the deep eutectic solvent, an ionic liquid analogue, not only possesses excellent physical and chemical properties of ionic liquids, but also features simple preparation processes, cost-effectiveness and biodegradability. This paper reviews the research and application of functionalized ionic liquids in carbon dioxide capture, introduces the application of deep eutectic solvents in carbon dioxide capture, and finally summarizes the current shortcomings of ionic liquids and their analogues, while proposing possible future research directions.
