液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)接收站的质量盘库是确保库存管理准确性和贸易交接公平性的关键环节。研究LNG接收站全流程中的工艺流程、计量环节、计量设备、计算方法等关键内容,建立全流程质量盘库计算模型。基于建立的质量盘库计算模型对接收站进行质量盘库计算,盈亏波动范围为-1 973.910~2 375.959 t/d,其中盘亏天数占73.36%;接船时质量盘库-1 692.935~114.346 t/d,其中盘盈天数占97.74%。通过质量盘库计算结果分析产生质量盘库盈亏波动的主要影响因素,针对性提出减小质量盘库盈亏波动的解决方法。通过LNG接收站质量盘库盈亏波动能够及时发现运营管理中存在的问题,为国内LNG接收站库存管理提供有效依据,提高LNG接收站经济效益。
The quality stock-taking management of liquefied natural gas(LNG) receiving stations is a critical step in ensuring the accuracy of inventory management and the fairness in trade settlements. This study investigates the entire process of LNG receiving stations, including the process flow, measurement stages, metering equipment, and calculation methods, to establish a comprehensive quality stock-taking calculation model. Utilizing the developed quality stock-taking calculation model, the inventory calculations at the receiving station indicate that the daily gains and losses fluctuations range from -1 973.910 to 2 375.959 tons, with days of inventory losses accounting for 73.36%. During the vessel unloading process, the daily inventory fluctuations range from -1 692.935 to 114.346 tons, with inventory gains days accounting for 97.74%. The analysis of the quality stock-taking calculation results identifies the primary factors contributing to the fluctuations in inventory gains and losses, and targeted solutions are proposed to mitigate these fluctuations. Monitoring LNG receiving stations gains and losses fluctuations through quality stock-taking enables timely detection of operational management issues, providing a sound basis for inventory management in domestic LNG receiving stations and enhancing their economic efficiency.
