N08825合金双金属复合管(包含衬里复合管和冶金复合管)是从材质本身解决管道系统内腐蚀难题的一种高效方式。以剑阁区块礁滩气藏试采地面工程成功应用UNS N08825合金衬里复合管为背景,以全生命周期管理角度,从工程设计、产品制造、现场焊接施工及无损检测等阶段,提出了UNS
N08825合金衬里复合管工程应用的关键质量控制措施。在设计阶段,工程全面对标耐蚀合金衬里复合管相关国内外设计、焊接及无损检测规范,源头上提升工程设计质量;在产品制造、现场焊接施工及无损检测等阶段,结合产品特点及现场施工工艺,采取了针对性的关键质量控制措施,有力提升了工程实施质量。关键质量控制措施的提出,对保障UNS
N08825合金衬里复合管管输系统全生命周期本质安全具有重要意义。
In the development of high-sulfur gas fields, the corrosion resistance of the pipe material itself is closely related to the service life and operational safety of the pipeline system. The use of UNS N08825 alloy clad or lined pipe(including lined pipe and clad pipe) is an efficient way to solve the internal corrosion from the material level. Based on the successful application of UNS N08825 alloy lined pipe in the trial production surface project of reef flat gas reservoir in Jiange block, this paper proposes the key quality control measures for the application of UNS N08825 alloy lined pipe from the perspective of project whole life cycle management, covering engineering design, product manufacturing, on-site welding construction and non-destructive testing stages. In the design stage, the project fully benchmarks domestic and international standards for the design, welding and non-destructive testing of corrosion-resistant alloy lined pipes, thus improving the engineering design quality at the source. In the key stages of product manufacturing, on-site welding construction and non-destructive testing, targeted quality control measures were adopted to effectively improve the quality of project implementation combined with product characteristics and on-site construction technology. At present, the project has been successfully put into operation. The series of key quality control measures are of great significance to ensure the inherent safety of the UNS N08825 alloy lined pipe transmission system throughout its whole life cycle.
