氢能与化石能源融合发展是低碳转型的必要途径。深入分析氢能与化石能源融合发展的国内外示范项目、氢能在化石能源勘探开发和炼制加工过程中的应用、天然气管道掺氢输送基础设施共享、终端氢能应用场景融合潜力等融合发展路径与应用场景,剖析当前面临的一系列挑战,如核心技术瓶颈制约产业规模化、经济性不足削弱市场竞争力、制度协同障碍影响发展进程等。提出打造一体化项目、加大技术攻关力度、制定行业标准规范、油气企业转型等建议,以期推动氢能与化石能源融合发展,助力加快氢能规模化蓬勃发展。
The integrated development of hydrogen energy and fossil energy represents an essential pathway for low-carbon transition. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of integration pathways and application scenarios, including domestic and international demonstration projects, hydrogen applications in fossil energy exploration, development, refining and processing, shared infrastructure for hydrogen blending in natural gas pipelines, and the integration potential of end-use hydrogen applications. It reviews current challenges such as core technological bottlenecks restricting industrial scale-up, insufficient economic viability undermining market competitiveness, and institutional and regulatory barriers hindering development progress. Proposals include developing integrated projects, intensifying efforts in technological breakthroughs, establishing industry standards and regulations, and facilitating the transformation of oil and gas companies. These measures aim to advance the integrated development of hydrogen and fossil energy, thereby accelerating the rapid and large-scale development of hydrogen energy.
