脱碳加氢和清洁高效是当前能源科技发展的趋势。氢产业链发展日趋成熟,但应用过程中需对氢气进行压缩以满足不同需要。不同形式压缩机都可应用在氢气压缩上,包括机械式压缩机和非机械式压缩机,其中机械式压缩机技术成熟,在氢气压缩中的应用较为广泛。分析了机械式压缩机特点和应用情况,针对不同应用场景,提出了氢气压缩机的选型建议,结合实例对氢气压缩机选型过程进行了说明,指出除必须满足工艺要求、技术需求外,氢气压缩机选用还应考虑各种非技术因素。研究结果可为不同应用场景下氢气压缩机的选型提供参考。
Carbon removal and hydrogenation, as well as clean and efficient energy solutions, are the developing trends of energy technology. Hydrogen value chain is becoming increasingly mature, with numerous applications requiring hydrogen compression to meet diverse demands. Various types of compressors can be utilized for hydrogen compression, including mechanical and non-mechanical ones. Among these, mechanical compressors are widely applided in hydrogen compressor due to their well-established technology. This paper analyzes the characteristics and applications of mechanical compressors, offering selection recommendations tailored to different application scenarios. Through case studies, the selection process for hydrogen compressors is illustrated. Beyond meeting technical and process requirements, the selection of hydrogen compressors should also account for various non-technical factors. The conclusions of this study provide valuable reference for selecting hydrogen compressors across different application scenarios and highlight key development and research directions for various types of hydrogen compressors in the future.
