MPa加氢站商业化对高压氢气隔膜压缩机的需求,依据某项目氢气隔膜压缩机的技术指标要求,设计了加氢站用高压氢气隔膜压缩机。首先进行了氢气隔膜压缩机热力学设计计算;然后对动力学设计计算过程及关键零部件有限元分析进行了详细阐述;最后,基于对称式压缩机型式对高压氢气隔膜压缩机进行了机械结构设计及装配后测试验证。结果表明,设计高压氢气隔膜压缩机各项技术参数均达到了设计指标要求,证实了设计计算过程的合理性。研究结果具有一定的实际应用价值,为加氢站用高压大排量氢气隔膜压缩机的开发提供了理论技术基础。
In response to the demand of high-pressure hydrogen diaphragm compressor driven by the commercialization of 70 MPa hydrogen refueling station, and according to the technical specifications of a hydrogen diaphragm compressor in a specific project, a high-pressure hydrogen diaphragm compressor was designed for application in hydrogen refueling station. Firstly, the thermodynamic design calculations of the hydrogen diaphragm compressor were carried out; then, the calculation process of dynamic design and the finite element analysis of key components were described in detail; finally, based on the symmetrical compressor configuration, the mechanical structure of the high-pressure hydrogen diaphragm compressor was designed and subsequently tested after assembly. The results show that all technical parameters of the designed high-pressure hydrogen diaphragm compressor met the design specification requirements, confirming that the design calculation process is rational and has certain practical application value and provides a theoretical and technical basis for the development of high-pressure and large-capacity hydrogen diaphragm compressor for hydrogen refueling stations.
