为保障大型炼油化工厂供配电系统安全、稳定运行,依据大型炼油化工厂供配电系统的特性,开展继电保护优化配置工作,剖析常规方法存在的弊端,创新性地提出基于电流时间曲线法的优化配置方案及计算方法。电流时间曲线法对用电设备进行了分类,分析了用电设备正常工作电流、异常工况承受极限值、断路器分断时间以及配电设备故障承受极限值之间的协同机制与配合原理,确定适用于炼油化工厂用电设备继电保护配置及整定计算优化方案。研究成果能为大型炼油化工厂供配电系统继电保护配置及定值计算提供参考。
To ensure the safe and stable operation of power supply and distribution systems in large-scale oil refining and chemical plants, this study optimizes relay protection configurations based on system characteristics. The limitations of conventional methods are analyzed, and the optimization configuration scheme and calculation method innovatively proposed based on current time curve method. This method classifies electrical equipment and analyzes the coordination mechanisms and principles among normal operating currents, extreme limits under abnormal conditions, circuit breaker interruption times, and fault withstand limits of distribution equipment. An optimal relay protection configuration and setting calculation scheme suitable for electrical equipment in refining and chemical plants is determined. The research findings can provide reference for relay protection configuration and setting calculations in large refining and chemical power supply and distribution systems.
