- 目前中国关于油井套管腐蚀方面的研究长期聚焦CO2和H2S腐蚀,却因检测难点与传统认知局限严重忽视溶解氧腐蚀。为了研究油井套管腐蚀与防护,详细剖析了未脱氧油田污水洗井导致的溶解氧入侵问题,及其引发在筛管上下形成的氧浓差腐蚀、造成套管油管快速氧化、套管丝扣缝隙腐蚀,以及硫酸盐还原菌滋生的二次腐蚀危害。通过深入解析其作用机制、检测困境与危害,结合实际数据与案例,提出了涵盖洗井工艺升级、缓蚀技术创新和智能监测体系构建的全方位防控策略。研究成果为解决油井套管腐蚀难题提供了全新思路与有力支撑。
Research on casing corrosion in oil wells in China has long focused on CO2 and H2S corrosion. However, dissolved oxygen corrosion has been significantly overlooked due to detection challenges and limitations of traditional understanding. This paper thoroughly analyzes the issue of dissolved oxygen intrusion caused by non-deoxygenated oilfield wastewater used in well washing, resulting in oxygen concentration cell corrosion at the upper and lower parts of the screen pipe, rapid oxidation of casing and tubing, crevice corrosion at casing thread gaps, and secondary corrosion hazards driven by sulfate-reducing bacteria proliferation. Through detailed elucidation of the mechanisms, detection difficulties, and associated risks-supported by real data and case studies—this study proposes a comprehensive prevention and control strategy. The strategy encompasses upgrading well washing processes, innovating corrosion inhibitor technologies, and constructing intelligent monitoring systems, providing novel insights and robust support for addressing oil well casing corrosion.
