- 大数据在油气长输管道行业上已不是一个时髦的概念,而是一种实实在在的技术。通过说明管道在线路截断阀室和工艺站场上大数据的生成和数据的管理模式,结合事故案例,探讨了找出事故原因不是通过习惯性地分析事故点设备之间的因果关系,而是运用大数据技术分析现场设备产生的数据之间的相关关系;对已生成历史服务器进行定制修改,功能扩展,数据再次开发利用,实现预测事故。油气管道已经环络化、多元化和集约化,大数据的应用并未给管道的运行增加任何额外投资,却能够保障油气管道安全、平稳运行。
Big Data is not a fashionable concept in oil and gas pipeline industrial, but a real technology. Introduced is the generation and management model of Big Data in pipeline route block valve stations and process stations and discussed is the correlativity between different data obtained through analyzing destroyed equipment on site by using Big Data in combination with accident cases. Conducted are customization and modification, function extension and repeated data development and utilization of the generated history server in order to forecast accidents in future. Oil and gas pipelines has been net worked, diversified and intensive and application of Big Data will not add any additional investment, but also can effectively assure safe and smooth operation of oil and gas pipelines.
