- 天然气处理厂吊装作业多，需安装就位的设备多，而高塔设备的吊装是保证后续工程和正常投产的关键。吊装难度最大的高塔设备是胺液吸收塔，其塔身高、直径大、重量重，须进行专门的吊装方案设计。从起重设备选择、吊车参数核算、起吊钢索选择、吊装施工等方面介绍了高塔设备的吊装方案设计。正确选用吊装设备、合理利用施工现场空间、精确的计算能保证安全并快速完成吊装工作，同时为类似吊装工程提供参考。
Natural gas processing plant is a source of exported product gas and its successful commissioning is the key for assuring smooth gas supply. There are many large types of equipment in gas processing plant, which need to be lifted and installed in place. Lifting and installation of high towers is an important task and lifting and installation of amine liquid absorption tower is the most difficult task. Amine liquid absorption tower body is very high, large and heavy and it is necessary to conduct special lifting design. Described are selection of lifting equipment and wires, check computation of crane parameters, considerations and precautions and safety measures during lifting construction, which can provide a reference for similar lifting operation.
