为解决福建液化天然气(Liquified Natural Gas, LNG)接收站蒸发气(Boiling Off Gas, BOG)处理再冷凝系统能耗较高,外输量低时BOG无法全部冷凝等问题,分析再冷凝工艺中的关键操作参数,以降低系统能耗,减小接收站最小外输量,充分利用LNG冷能为出发点,提出利用部分高压泵出口低温LNG对进入再冷凝器前BOG降温的预冷式BOG再冷凝工艺。对BOG再冷凝工艺和预冷式BOG再冷凝工艺进行基于最小外输量的比较,结果:预冷式BOG再冷凝工艺在减小再冷凝系统能耗和降低接收站允许最小外输量方面有显著效果。
In order to solve the problem that the energy consumption of the re-condensation system in the Fujian LNG receiving station is high, and BOG can't be all condensated when the output is low. Analysis has been conducted for key operation parameters in re-condensation process. By applying reducing system energy consumption, cutting down the minimum capacity of the receiving station and making full use of LNG cold energy as a start, the pre-cooling type re-condensation process of the low-temperature LNG at the outlet of the partial high-pressure pump before the re-condenser is proposed. The results show that the pre-cooling re-condensation process has a significant effect in reducing the energy consumption of the re-condensation system and reducing the minimum allowable output of the receiving station.
